Celebrate your independence with a cool, refreshing, and easy-to-make homemade pop. To complete this How-To you will need: Red, clear, and blue powdered drinks or juices A freezer A popsicle mold Popsicle sticks Paper cups Whipped topping or coconut milk Step 1: Prep your drinks In separate containers, pour one batch each of your favorite red, clear, and blue powdered or premixed drinks or juices. Step 2: Start with red Fill your popsicle molds a third of the way full with the red liquid. Freeze the molds for a couple of hours, until the liquid is just solid enough to support a popsicle stick. Push a stick in the center of each mold, and refreeze until the liquid fully sets. Tip: Small paper cups will also work instead of popsicle molds. Step 3: Layer in clear Remove your molds from the freezer, and pour in enough clear drink to fill them two-thirds of the way. Pop them back into the freezer for a few hours until these white layers are firm. Tip: For a very white layer, use whipped topping or diluted coconut milk instead of a clear drink. Step 4: Finish with blue Take your molds out of …

No treatment is quite like a refreshing ice cream for a hot summer day. Sometimes, however, you will simply leave the house, and all store brands are full of too much sugar anyway. Why not save some stress and unnecessary travel by using ingredients you already have in your home to make your own delicious homemade popsicles? This little guide will tell you what you need and show you how to systematically build these tempting treats with fruity. 1. The first step is to gather the necessary materials. Note: This guide assumes you have a freezer in your house or apartment! Apart from this fundamental unit, have a tray of ice cubes in plastic, several sheets of aluminum foil, and a handful of small sticks of ice cream. For this project, try to use the thinner sticks can find, because the ice cubes are not too big! 2. See all the fruit juice you have in your refrigerator. This is where you get to be creative: Mix and match your favorite juice for flavor palette to create the ultimate mix. Juices such as orange, apple, grapefruit and mix well together. Alternatively, it may well be some pre-packaged mixes of yours. You may try to orange strawberry banana, peach or mango orange, to fly far away your taste buds. 3. Get your ice tray and place it on a table that does not mind getting a little juice in a few spills. If you are a neat freak, be sure to place a towel or it will have some sticky upholstery! Then take your juice and pour mixture evenly into each pocket cube. 4. Once they have shed their juice, take a piece of aluminum foil and place it gently in the top of the ice cube tray. Fold down the edges so that the blade has a dominant position in the container of ice cubes. 5. Make a hole through the foil with one of the ice sticks to sit halfway submerged in the juice from the bottom (which will have to guess a bit here). Repeat this for the rest of the sixteen or more bags of ice cubes. Carefully place in the freezer. You will have to wait several hours for cooking to be ready, but is well worth it when you do. There is nothing more refreshing than coming inside after a long hot day out and popping an ice cube cool-sized pallets in the mouth. Enjoy!

Kids love snacks. I always like seeing their bags of snacks at lunch or after school in the kitchen. But I always find it hard to think of ideas for quick snacks easy for children. You’ve made several recipes already and want to try other recipes for your kids do not get tired of eating sandwiches every day the same. So to help you on your dilemma, here are some quick easy snack ideas for children.Yogurt. Choose your child’s favorite yogurt. If your son loves strawberry or banana yogurt, then use these in their ingredients. All you need is a popsicle molds, the taste of your children’s favorite yogurt and some berries and fruits. Simply pour the yogurt into the molds posicle and put them inside your refrigerator to freeze. You can even add chopped berries and other fruits for flavor and texture. If you want a yogurt ice cream colors, add food coloring. You can also make smoothies or parfait with the same ingredients with whipped cream, granola and milk. This is a very nice appetizer for the summer.vegetable snacks. The plants must be prepared and cooked in a very creative if you want your child likes. The vegetables are probably at the top of the “things of his son who I hate” list. Instead of throwing all the vegetables in a bowl to make a salad, why not create a masterpiece of the ingredients? You can draw faces with salad dressing and hair, eyes, nose, lips and ears with different plant species for your salad. Make sure that you allow your child to the “art” so that he or she may also be interested in eating. Add ingredients for children like peanut butter and jelly, if you want.Trail Mix. This is very simple not to mention easy to prepare, because you only have to combine the ingredients for a sandwich for a complete and delicious. You can include granola, m & m’s, cereals, nuts, raisins, crackers, banana chips, and other foods for lunch meeting that their children will undoubtedly enjoy.Peanut butter and jam. These ideas are classic easy quick snack for children but you can add a touch to these traditional favorites. You can prepare the usual way, but cut the sandwiches in different interesting ways. You can use cookie cutters if you like. You can also do this with other types of sandwiches of ham and cheese, turkey or chicken sandwiches.Baked bagels or muffins. If cooked spaghetti the night before, you can use leftover tomato sauce spread on muffins and bagels. Add the cheese over the tomato sauce and toast it.Fruits. You can also make a fruit salad with colorful fruits like melons, berries, grapes and other fruits that can be cut using cookie cutters to make fun and interesting for children.Snack Bars. You need the peanut butter, sugar, cereals and corn syrup. In a hot pan, put all ingredients and stir until melted. Add a generous amount of cereals. Incorporate all ingredients together. Pour the mixture into a rectangular container and pat the mixture until it becomes final. Cut to desired size.
